Selection criteria:

• Each applicant or such applicants parent must reside in or have resided in South Sudan in the past 20 years.

• Each applicant must fully, accurately, and truthfully complete the application.

• Each applicant must have a reference who must fully, accurately, and truthfully complete the reference questions.

• No applicant can be the child of a sponsor.

• Each applicant must have and continue to have acceptable academic achievement as determined by the Board.

• Each applicant must have and continue to have financial need as determined by the Board.

• Each applicant must agree to, and must "give back" by contributing to the applicants country, community and/or church.

• Each applicant must be enrolled or must be expected to enroll full-time in an accredited education facility.
